If you need help from the ground up, this is where you need to start. We
begin with an in-person consultation (your location of choice), where we
will assess your needs and goals. This usually includes the dreaded
process of going through your closet! It can be hard to give up items you have kept around for a while, either for sentimental reasons or purely because you have trouble parting with things you think you may need one day. Never fear, everything will go to a good home. All career-worthy clothing and accessories are donated to Dress for Success San Francisco. While sorting through your memories, we will go over your shopping habits, clearly defining your strengths and weaknesses, along with your personal image.
This consultation generally takes about two hours, and is designed to give
you a clear picture of your needs, and a foundation of skills to help you in
the future. Hand-holding personal shopping usually follows up this process.
ASSISTED PERSONAL SHOPPING:
San Francisco is already home to many great designer boutiques and department stores, with new ones springing up all the time. And that’s just in Union Square. Like a mouse stuck in a maze, it can be hard to find your way through all the neighborhood boutiques. Let me help you find your way. I
shop everywhere from Union Square to Stanford Shopping Center.
This process starts with an in-person image consultation (your location of choice) where we will assess your needs and budget. I will pick you up and take you on a personalized shopping tour of the city. We will do everything from hunting down that perfect pair of jeans to overhauling your entire wardrobe.
Because this service is billed hourly (2-hour minimum), there is no pressure
to buy. Don’t feel like you have to drop a month’s rent. This service is
designed to eliminate all of the pressure that you undoubtedly find dealing with retail sales associates working on a commission.
CUSTOM ORDERED PERSONAL SHOPPING:
Maybe you are the type of person who knows what you want, or at least
has a general idea. You can give me your shopping list and I will take
care of the rest. Whether it’s for yourself or a gift for someone else, I will do my best to find the perfect items and bring them to your door! This is the ultimate in convenience and luxury shopping, never having to leave your front door.
It’s hard enough trying to stay on your diet and dealing with family during
the holidays. Holiday shopping may not be your thing. Don’t be one of
those people who waits until the last minute to get everything done. Let
me fight the crowds and hunt for parking instead! An hourly rate applies,
with a 2-hour minimum.
GROUP SHOPPING EVENTS:
This is a chance for you and up to three of your friends to shop together with the guidance of a professional. Based on information you provide, I will help you choose fashion that is flattering to your body type as well as stylish in color, fabric and cut. This is great for parties and celebrations as well as gathering with close friends who value each other's opinions. Charge is hourly (4 hours minimum required and recommended) as well as by mileage.
